今年他在21-or-older夜店辦活動，現場一位歌迷幸運抽到可以與阿肯共舞，後來台下起哄，跳舞動作越來越色情，後來甚至有不雅動作出現，女歌迷當時只有14歲(未成年謊報年紀偷偷混進夜店)，那女的其實也有錯，他說當時阿肯把她壓在地上，作出性愛姿勢，她感覺受辱。

不過聽說那女的還把這故事賣給美國媒體，大撈一筆，事實上阿肯當天的確有High過頭，不過並沒有猥褻那女孩，那女孩也在自己的My Space上達態I'm a Bitch，動機有點可議，雖然這樣，阿肯的確也有點Over，此事件害慘很多人，所以他寫歌道歉。
